Oven probe

Ideal probe for measuring the temperature inside a product (meat, desserts, etc.) during oven cooking.

Probe with a Teflon body resistant to high temperatures and a stainless steel penetration terminal.

Measurement range: -50+300°C

Place the instrument art. 05-11-023 outside the oven, insert the probe tip into the core of the product, pass the wire outside, and close the oven normally.

During cooking, the cooking temperature can be easily monitored in real time.
