Warranty

Subject: Consumer Rights Protection (Law No. 185 of 22/5/1999)


All products are covered by a 1-year warranty, excluding pH electrodes which, as consumables, are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of invoice.


Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal or reconsideration: within 30 working days of receiving the goods, you may return them after sending an email to info@fruitqc.com – Via Copernico 26, 47122 Forlì, Italy – in their original packaging.


Shipping costs are non-refundable. The goods must be sent to: T.R. Turoni Srl – Via Copernico 26, 47122 Forlì, Italy. Within 30 days, we will refund the amount paid by the customer.
