All products (excluding electrodes) are covered by a 2-year warranty for private individuals and a 1-year warranty for VAT number holders. Electrodes, as consumables, are covered by a 6-month warranty from the date of invoice. Customers may exercise their right of withdrawal or reconsideration; within 30 working days of receiving the goods, you may return them, after sending a registered letter with return receipt to T.R. Turoni srl - Via Copernico 26, 47122 Forlì, Italy, in their original packaging, if you believe they do not correspond to the characteristics described in the catalog. The return procedure is indicated in the documentation accompanying the goods. Shipping costs are non-refundable. The goods must be sent to: T.R. Turoni srl - Via Copernico 26, 47122 Forlì. Within 30 days, we will refund the amount paid by the customer.
