For measuring the degree of pulp hardness (harvest index and duration of cold storage).

The instrument provides a valid index for determining
the most appropriate period to harvest the fruit and a valid aid
during cold storage by monitoring
the ripening process (softening of the pulp).

Scale: up to 13 kg.

Applications: apple, pear, kiwi, peach, apricot, etc.
